GRC Specialist- Madinah

Job Overview:

  The GRC Specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s governance, risk, and compliance policies. The role focuses on risk identification and management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and mitigating organizational risks.

   Key Responsibilities:

   - Develop, implement, and manage GRC programs that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

   - Conduct risk assessments and evaluate potential threats to organizational assets, systems, and data.

   - Assist in the creation and enforcement of internal policies related to governance, risk management, and compliance.

   - Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

   - Work with other teams to establish and monitor risk management processes, controls, and reporting.

   - Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of risk management and compliance efforts.

   Qualifications: 

     - Experience:  4 to 6 years in this field 

   - Deep understanding of GRC frameworks, regulations, and risk management processes.

   - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to assess risks and recommend appropriate mitigations.

   - Proficiency with GRC tools and systems.

   - Strong communication skills, capable of effectively working with cross-functional teams and management.

   - Required Certifications: CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), GRCP (Governance, Risk & Compliance Professional),CISSP     (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
