    Step 1: Enable 2FA in Your Profile

    1. Log in to your Odoo account at Odoo.
    2. Click your profile icon (top-right corner) → Select “My Profile”.
    3. Go to the “Account Security” tab.
    4. Toggle the “Two-Factor Authentication” switch to enable it.



    Step 2: Scan the QR Code

    1. Install an authenticator app on your phone:
      • Google Authenticator (iOS/Android)
      • Microsoft Authenticator
      • Authy
    2. Open the app → Tap “Scan QR Code” and point your camera at the QR code shown in Odoo.
    3. Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to verify.

    You’re Done! 🎉

    Next time you log in:

    1. Use your password or log in via Azure (SSO).
    2. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
