Are you a people person who loves solving problems and building strong relationships? We're looking for a Client & Partner Support Associate to be the bridge between our company, clients, and partners. 🌟 Key Responsibilities:

🤝 Build Strong Client Relationships:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Hold regular meetings with clients to discuss project updates and ensure their satisfaction.

📊 Prepare & Present Proposals:

  • Craft and present technical and commercial proposals, highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Customize product specifications to meet customer requirements.

🛠️ Provide Presales Technical Support:

  • Support customers through the decision-making process by conducting product demos and addressing queries.

💼 Close Deals & Meet Sales Targets:

  • Drive sales by closing deals and achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to maintain long-term relationships and ensure satisfaction.

💰 Support Payment Collection:

  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices to streamline the payment process.

🔗 Strengthen Partner Relationships:

  • Develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships for optimal deals and services.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely supplier payments.

📣 Internal Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with company offerings.
  • Provide valuable feedback to enhance product and service quality.


🎓 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in client support, sales, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Very good command of the English language (written and spoken).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
    • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presales support.
    • Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Familiarity with payment collections and finance coordination.
