Job Description:

As a Cybersecurity Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating our cybersecurity solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. Your technical knowledge and communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and helping them achieve their security goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers and opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Assist in the development of sales proposals and technical documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM) are a plus.
