🚀 Join Our Team as a Procurement Specialist!

Are you a proactive Procurement Specialist with a knack for supplier management and cost optimization? We’re seeking someone with a strong background in supply chain and IT procurement who can build excellent supplier relationships and ensure efficient procurement processes. If you’ve worked with the Saudi market or have experience in Odoo ERP, that’s a big plus!

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

📦 Procurement Strategy:

Analyze procurement needs and assist in developing strategies to optimize purchasing for both IT and non-IT goods.

📋 Vendor Management:

Expand our supplier network, categorize suppliers, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

🔍 Market Analysis & Cost Optimization:

Evaluate market trends, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure cost-effective procurement aligned with company goals.

🛠️ Catalog & Data Management:

Regularly update and review procurement catalogs, ensuring accurate data and efficient processes.

📝 Procurement Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition and purchase order creation to delivery and payment tracking.

🤝 Supplier Engagement:

Schedule and attend supplier visits to strengthen partnerships and explore new opportunities.

📊 Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare monthly performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.

🎓 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in procurement or supply chain, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
    • Familiarity with the Saudi market is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in Odoo ERP is a huge advantage.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Certifications: Professional certifications like CIPS are a plus.
