We’re seeking a highly skilled Audio-Visual Specialist to set up, operate, and maintain all things audio and video for events, presentations, and productions. 🎤🎥 If you’re a pro at problem-solving and passionate about delivering top-notch support, we want you on our team!

What Are Your Duties?

• AV Setup 🎚️: Install audio and video equipment like mics, speakers, projectors, and monitors across various venues (offices, conference rooms, theaters, and event spaces).
• Seamless Events 🎬: Operate AV equipment during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Maintenance Pro 🔧: Keep AV equipment in prime condition with regular maintenance and repairs.
• On-the-Spot Support 🛠️: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to resolve any issues during events.
• Client Support 🤝: Understand and fulfill client AV requirements efficiently.
• Custom AV Designs 🖥️: Tailor AV systems to specific needs, integrating with other technologies as required.
• Proposal Power 💼: Work closely with the sales team to create compelling AV proposals for potential clients.
• Vendor Collaboration 📦: Work with vendors to procure AV equipment and services, maintaining solid relationships for timely support.
• Training & Documentation 📄: Train users on AV equipment usage and keep detailed records on AV systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 🕐 Experience: 1-3 years in the AV or a similar technical field.
• 🎛️ Technical Know-How: Strong expertise in AV technologies and equipment.
• 🧩 Problem-Solver: Excellent at troubleshooting and keeping things running smoothly.
• 🗣️ Great Communicator: Skilled at working with clients and explaining tech concepts to non-tech users.
• 💪 Physical Stamina: Able to lift and move heavy equipment and adapt to different environments, sometimes for long hours.
• 🔍 Detail-Oriented: Ensures equipment is always set up and working perfectly.
