About the Role:

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and corporate strategy. You will work closely with top management to drive financial performance and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

✔ Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize profitability.

✔ Oversee cash flow, investments, and financial risk management.

✔ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.

✔ Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and financial institutions.

✔ Lead cost control initiatives and improve financial efficiency.

✔ Implement financial systems and tools to enhance reporting and decision-making.

✔ Work closely with the CEO & leadership team on strategic business decisions.

✔ Oversee payroll, accounting, and financial reporting functions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in IT or technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive financial growth.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, cash flow management, and taxation policies.
