🚀 Role Overview:

We’re on the hunt for a full-time E-commerce Specialist to help us make our online store awesome! You'll be in charge of adding new products, boosting our store’s performance, working on SEO, setting up the platform, helping customers, and making sure orders run smoothly. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and love handling e-commerce tasks, we want to hear from you!

🎩 Responsibilities: Your Daily Adventures:

Product Management:

• Add and update product listings with descriptions, images, prices, and stock info. 📦
• Double-check details to keep everything spot-on. ✔️
• Keep existing listings fresh and optimized.

Store Improvement:

• Make our online store user-friendly and efficient. 🛒
• Run tests and use techniques to boost sales. 📈
• Check how the site’s doing and suggest improvements.

SEO & Content Magic:

• Create and apply SEO strategies to help us get noticed. 🔍
• Optimize product pages with the right keywords. 🗝️
• Team up with content creators to make sure our descriptions and content are SEO-friendly.

Platform Setup:

• Configure and manage payment methods, shipping options, and taxes. 💳📦
• Fix any tech issues with the e-commerce platform. 🛠️
• Keep the platform updated with the latest features and security.

Customer Support Hero:

• Provide friendly and prompt support via email, chat, or phone. 📧💬📞
• Solve customer questions and problems efficiently. 👍
• Keep customers happy with great communication and problem-solving.

Order Tracking Pro:

• Oversee order processing to ensure everything’s delivered on time. 🚚
• Track shipments and update customers on their orders. 📊
• Handle any issues with shipments, delays, or order mix-ups.

Vendor Partner:

• Work with vendors to keep our inventory in check and ensure timely deliveries. 🤝
• Address any issues related to product quality or logistics. 📋
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Reporting & Analysis Expert:

• Create regular reports on sales and customer behavior. 📈
• Analyze data to spot trends and suggest improvements. 🔍
• Track how well our SEO and other strategies are working.

🎓 Qualifications: Your Toolbox of Talent:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 🎓
• Experience: 1-2 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role. 🏆
• Skills:
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms. 💻
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. 📣
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with analytics tools. 📊
• Strong communication and project management skills. 🗣️📅
• Familiarity with web design and development principles is a plus. 🌐
