• Manage email environments like a pro: user setup, configurations, and troubleshooting. ✉️
• Implement and maintain top-notch security protocols to protect data and ensure compliance. 🔐

2️⃣ Endpoint Management Superpowers

• Configure, deploy, and secure devices using Microsoft Intune. 📱💻
• Ensure endpoints stay compliant with company standards. ✅

3️⃣ Firewall Mastery

• Configure and manage FortiGate and Sophos firewalls to keep networks safe. 🛡️
• Conduct regular audits to address vulnerabilities. 🔍

4️⃣ Server & Active Directory Management

• Manage domain controllers, Active Directory, and file-sharing services. 🗂️
• Keep servers updated and performing like rockstars. 🎸

5️⃣ Network Ninja Skills

• Configure and maintain advanced network and wireless solutions. 🌐
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues like a pro. 🔧

6️⃣ VoIP Expertise

• Set up, troubleshoot, and support VoIP systems to ensure crystal-clear communication. 📞
• Work with VoIP providers to deliver top-notch solutions.

🎓 Qualifications You’ll Bring to the Table:

✅ Experience: 4+ years in IT infrastructure, preferably within an MSP environment.

✅ Skills That Shine:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory.
• Expertise in FortiGate and Sophos firewalls.
• Proficient in server and network management.
• Familiarity with VoIP systems and protocols.
  ✅ Certificates (Pick 2 or more!):
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or MCSE 2016 🏆
• CCNA or Network+ 🎖️
• NSE4 or equivalent 🛡️
