Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be innovative, self-reliant, and organized, with strong communication and collaboration skills. You will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions for our clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets their business needs.

Job Description

As an Odoo Developer, you will:

• Participate in ERP software implementation projects for both new and existing customers.
• Design and develop Odoo applications based on project requirements.
• Customize Odoo modules to address specific business needs.
• Identify, debug, and resolve issues within the Odoo platform.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate third-party applications.
• Document development processes, including analysis, design, and coding stages.

Job Requirements

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience from other fields are also welcome.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Odoo development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts, SQL, and ORM.
  • Knowledge of non-relational databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra.
  • Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Ubuntu environments.
  • Experience with version control systems like SVN and Git.
  • Understanding of Python development frameworks such as Django and Flask.
  • Experience with frontend technologies (AngularJS or Meteor) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Patience, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
