Now, we’re looking for Sales Trainee will work closely with a Senior Sales Engineer to support all sales-related activities. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to the sales cycle within the IT solutions industry. The trainee will assist in preparing quotations, handling client follow-ups, managing CRM entries, and coordinating with internal departments — gaining valuable, real-world experience in IT sales operations.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Work under the supervision of a Senior Sales Engineer to support daily sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documents. 
  • Update and maintain lead and opportunity records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients and vendors as requested by the assigned Senior Sales Engineer. 
  • Participate in internal coordination with departments.
  • Support in building Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and compiling necessary documentation for bids or tenders.
  • Attend client meetings, calls, and presentations as part of the learning process. 
  • Prepare and organize sales reports, meeting notes, and task trackers. 
  • Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends to support the sales process. 
  • Take initiative to learn the company’s solutions, services, and sales procedures. 

What Makes You a Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English). 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Basic understanding or interest in IT products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build professional relationships internally and externally.   

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
