🌟 Key Responsibilities:
📝 Odoo Entries & Financial Management:
- Record and manage Innova8 Egypt’s entries in Odoo.
- Assist in closing FY 2023/2024 financial statements.
📊 Tax Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and salary tax filings.
📂 General Ledger & Reconciliation:
- Perform GL reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing.
📑 Financial Reporting & Audits:
- Prepare financial reports, audits, and support internal control processes.
💵 Cash Flow & P&L Management:
- Assist with project Profit & Loss and cash flow management.
- Support cash management for Smart Saudi accounting entries.
📈 Vendor & Client Reconciliation:
- Reconcile vendor bills with client invoices to ensure accuracy.
💼 Accounts Payable Support:
- Back up AP processing and handle invoice recording.
🤝 Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth financial operations.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in General Ledger reconciliation and journal entries.
- Familiar with month-end/year-end closing procedures.
- Strong understanding of VAT, WHT, and salary tax regulations.
- Experience with financial reporting, auditing, and internal controls is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective negotiation and communication.
