About the Role:

Join us as an Educational Solutions Engineer, where your expertise will make a difference in the vibrant educational sector. You'll be responsible for bringing innovative solutions to schools, helping to shape brighter futures and unlocking new realms of learning opportunities. Your mission is to build strong relationships with educators and decision-makers, ensuring our solutions become the cornerstone of educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Engagement: Dedicate 20% of your time traveling across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to engage with educational institutions, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our solutions can enhance the learning experience.
  • Office Strategy: Spend 80% of your time in the office developing strategies based on analytics and CRM insights, ensuring our offerings are tailored to the evolving educational landscape.
  • Effective Communication: Build meaningful connections with stakeholders by articulating how our products can transform their educational practices.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the Head of EduIT to refine product design strategies, ensuring alignment with the aspirations of educational clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitive activity, providing insights to maintain a competitive edge and foster innovation.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in roles that emphasize strategy, innovation, and educational technology.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and derive insights for strategic decisions.
  • Data Analysis: Skilled in analyzing complex datasets to inform and adapt strategies.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Adept at identifying and resolving technical challenges to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes to effectively liaise with development teams.
  • EdTech Proficiency: Experience with educational technologies, including Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Communication Tools: Knowledge of modern communication tools to support remote learning and collaboration.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of educational data privacy and compliance regulations.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel and a reliable vehicle for on-site visits.
  • Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for leveraging technology to make a meaningful impact in the educational sector.
