Who is the Project Manager?

The maestro of projects! 🎼 You’ll lead IT and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring every project runs smoothly, hits its milestones, and satisfies all stakeholders. If you're ready to plan, execute, and deliver success, we want you! 🚀

🛠️ What Are Your Duties?

• 🎯 Lead IT & Cybersecurity Projects: Oversee planning and implementation, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
• 📋 Develop Project Plans: Create detailed plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• 🤝 Coordinate Across Departments: Work with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and tackle roadblocks.
• ⏱️ Monitor Progress: Track milestones, adjust strategies, and keep the project on course.
• 📢 Communicate with Stakeholders: Report on status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and senior management.
• 🗂️ Manage Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records, including charters, risk logs, and reports.
• ✅ Ensure Quality & Compliance: Deliver projects that meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• 📈 Evaluate Performance: Conduct post-project reviews and recommend improvements for future endeavors

Must-Have Certifications:

• ✅ PMP (Project Management Professional)
• ✅ Project+ (CompTIA Project Management)

Qualifications:

•       Saudi National is must 
• 🕌 Location: Madinah 
• 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 🕐 Experience: 4-6 years in a similar technical field.
• 🔑 Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex IT and cybersecurity projects.
• 🗣️ Excellent Communicator: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• 🛠️ Tech-Savvy Project Tools User: Experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, and Asana.
• ⚙️ Methodology Mastery: Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall, knowing when to apply each.
