📌 Key Responsibilities

💻 Be the IT Hero! Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries while delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

📞 Quick Respond-er: Address user inquiries, incidents, and requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems—always on time!

🛠️ Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating only when absolutely necessary.

🗂️ Records Keeper: Keep accurate logs of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system—stay SLA-compliant!

🖥️ Tech Guru: Configure, install, and troubleshoot IT equipment like desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

🖱️ App Supporter: Ensure software applications run smoothly and are accessible to users.

🤝 Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless IT service delivery, especially for government or semi-governmental projects.

🌐 System Watchdog: Monitor IT systems, manage user accounts, and troubleshoot basic network hiccups.

🔐 Security Champion: Follow protocols for data security, privacy, and incident reporting—safety first!

 

🎓 Qualifications and Skills

🎓 Degree Pro? Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

🛠️ Hands-On Experience: 1–2 years in IT service desk or technical support roles, ideally in governmental or semi-governmental projects.

🔍 Tech Detective: Skilled in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.

📋 Ticket Master: Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, etc.

📡 Networking Basics: A solid understanding of network configurations and system admin tasks.

🗣️ Customer Whisperer: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on user satisfaction.

Task Juggler: Thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks independently.

📜 Certifications Add-on: ITIL Foundation or equivalent is a bonus!
