Now, we’re looking for Accountant will perform day-to-day accounting operations related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. The role supports the finance department in maintaining proper financial records and generating regular reports.

How You’ll Contribute
- Record vendor bills in the system and verify accuracy with PO and GRN, including VAT validation.
- Prepare payment requests and ensure all supporting documents are complete.
- Prepare the AP Aging Report weekly based on due dates.
- Negotiate with vendors when needed regarding payment terms or bill discrepancies.
- Prepare the Weekly Collection Report.
- Ensure record customer payments in the system and apply them to the correct invoices.
- Prepare AR Aging reports.
What Makes You a Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role, especially in AP and AR.
- Good knowledge of VAT regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
