Summary:

Are you passionate about customer experience and corporate excellence? We are looking for an individual to join our team as a CX and Corporate Excellence Policy Implementation Officer ( Tamheer) . In this role, you will play a key part in implementing policies and strategies to enhance our customer experience and corporate excellence initiatives.

What Are Your Duties?

• Develop and implement customer experience policies and strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. ✨
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with corporate excellence goals. ✨
• Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer experience and corporate processes. ✨
• Conduct regular evaluations to measure the effectiveness of implemented policies. ✨
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in customer experience and corporate excellence practices. ✨
• Represent the company in community engagement activities to promote corporate social responsibility initiative ✨

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. 🎓
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems. 💡
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities. 🤝
• Enthusiastic and energetic attitude with a positive mindset.  🎯
• Demonstrated community involvement or engagement. 🌱
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. ✨
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing. ✅
