How You’ll Contribute:
- Ensuring communications between clients and our team are clear and effective
- Document internal processes and procedures in detail
- Conduct thorough security assessments across our data/voice networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, DMZ, Internet)
What Makes You Fit:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in delivering clear presentations and exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication of technical information.
- Very strong problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Knowledge of M.S Office for daily tasks and project management.
- In-depth knowledge of the product catalogue to effectively recommend and implement solutions.
- Typing skills for quick and accurate data entry, ensuring efficient documentation and record-keeping.
